The villa is newly built in Rotonda West, one of the nicest planned communities in the Gulf Coast area. The villa is situated just minutes from numerous golf courses, ten minutes from beautiful Gulf Coast beaches and boat access to the neighbouring islands.  Tampa international airport is just 90 minutes drive and Orlando 2.5 hours.
